What a day, what a day!
Took today off to get my oldest to school and PT. She injured her back in October and is now getting back to school.....long story.....
My youngest cut the tip/pad area of her right ring finger off this weekend (yes...oooooo......groooss) and I kept her home because she was in a ton of pain...
Well......she woke up with a headache.....after getting oldest to school, I stopped by the grocery store....Youngest was begging not to go in but I told her "only 15 minutes."
We were in there less than 5 minutes and ran/sprinted out, stopping at the wonderful trash can out front for her to.....well, dispose of her crackers and orange juice from this morning....poor little thing...
She's been on the couch ALL DAY with towel on head and eyes covered......I think it's her first migraine...
Now dinner is in oven and I have about 3 seconds to join Farley at Oh' Boy 4th Grade for her February Currently.
Getting ready for the new season of Game of Thrones in April by revisiting the last season.
I was so tired of lugging my rolling cart home every (EVERY) night with waaaaay to much stuff in it. My new bag is precious!! So happy now!
My report cards are due on Feb. 10 and I have my 19 homeroom plus 19 math and 18 reading to do. I'm so happy to say that I'm finished with my reading and just have to upload the math. This week will be homeroom cards. My plan is to have them finished by Friday! I think I can...I think I can...I think I can...
I love running/jogging especially with my doggy, Harper Lee (yes, after Haper Lee the author....My husband would let me name our second girl Harper so when we added another girl to the family (four legged girl) she has the honor of the name!)
I think it is time for another pair.
Forever doing laundry!
Truth: I am a Native Texan. Fell in love with a New Mexican while we both were at UT and working at the State Capital. Now we live in New Mexico.
Truth: I have added high intensive interval training workouts to my repertoire.
Fib: I don't love buttermilk by itself. I grew up with a friend who drank it all the time. Yikees!
I do love Buttermilk Pie though!
Have a great week!
Wow sounds like your girls have had a time! Good luck with everything!!

Thanks Nicki,
DeleteWe are back to "normal" tomorrow!
I just "rebooted" my laundry, too. I am forever doing that. It seems like I rerun the dryer on almost every load. Ugh! What a weekend and day you have had! Hope the rest of your week shows much improvement and that everyone in your family feels better soon!
ReplyDeleteElizabeth,
DeleteToday is Tuesday and I JUST put away all the laundry ONLY to start a new load tomorrow. Why do they have to wear clothes? Have a great week.
I impressed with you "high intensive interval training" thing! I'm so proud if I just do my 30 minute video. (Maybe that's why I'm not losing weight...) Good work getting your blog up and going. I heard the Traffic School is great! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks Kady. I can't wait to sit and go through the Blog Traffic School with complete attention. FYI....No HIIT tonight...stopped by Taco Cabana for enchiladas. Had a hankerin'.
DeleteHave a great week.
